Overall it was spotless and modest with shared bathroom. The location was magnificent and ideal for Lisbon, short walk to the center, in the old town, shopping areas, and two metro stations and trams.
We didn't like that there was lift missing, were a little disappointed.

The breakfast had a huge variety of nice food and drinks. The queen room was large and modest with a private external bathroom, comfy bed, for example. The location was good and unbeatable for walking around Chiado. And the area was crowded, really close to the sea front, metro and city center and seaside and many cafes, coffee shops.
